Special Report: Investigations have revealed that these platforms are all operated by the same fraud syndicate. The perpetrators hide behind computer screens, repeatedly launching new platforms with different interface designs to cast a wide net across the Philippines and lure victims into investment scams.

Investigators found that these platforms appear to be closely connected. However, they often claim that the others are merely "copying" their business in an apparent attempt to reassure users and dispel suspicion.

Many of these platforms also promote overseas business licenses to enhance their credibility. At the same time, they provide no verifiable physical office where the public can meet representatives in person. Instead, they repeatedly claim to have offices overseas, but without publicly verifiable evidence, making it difficult for potential investors to confirm those claims.

According to fraud prevention experts, presenting unverifiable overseas credentials while avoiding transparent, publicly accessible operations is a tactic commonly associated with online investment scams, as it makes independent verification significantly more difficult for the public.

Manila, Philippines — Recent investigations into online investment promotions have revealed that several platforms appear to use remarkably similar marketing strategies to attract investors.

Consumer protection advocates have warned that many high-risk online investment schemes often share common characteristics, regardless of the platform name.

These characteristics include:

Claiming partnerships with well-known investment funds or financial institutions.

Promising fixed daily or guaranteed returns.

Encouraging users to invest larger amounts for higher rewards.

Using referral commissions to rapidly expand membership.

Displaying logos of well-known companies without independently verifiable authorization.

Experts say these similarities should prompt investors to verify every claim before transferring any money.

The "Fund Partnership" Claim

One of the most frequently used marketing techniques is claiming cooperation with international investment funds.

Financial professionals emphasize that legitimate investment funds normally distribute their products through licensed financial institutions and regulated channels.

Any platform claiming exclusive cooperation with an investment fund should be independently verified through the official website or public announcements of the fund company.

If no official confirmation exists, investors should exercise extreme caution.

Similar Promotional Structures

Publicly available information shows that some online investment projects, including those promoted under the names ACDD, GHA and , use comparable promotional language and business models.

These similarities alone do not establish ownership or legal responsibility. However, consumer advocates encourage investors to carefully examine licensing, regulatory status, and independently verifiable partnerships before investing.

In the early stage, they allow some users to make money and successfully withdraw funds. Later, they gradually make withdrawals more difficult—for example, changing from allowing withdrawals every day to only once or twice a week, and eventually making withdrawals impossible.

They also use various methods to take your money, such as persuading you to invest in funds that have no real value.

That is why we encourage everyone to verify their claims. Whenever they announce that they are cooperating with a particular fund company, you can email or call that fund company's official office to ask whether such a partnership really exists. In many cases, you will be told that there is no such cooperation.

These platforms can disappear at any time, and many people who join in the later stages will suffer financial losses.

Public Advisory from the Philippine Government to Investors

Before investing your money, always ask:

Is the company licensed by the appropriate financial regulator?

Can the claimed partnership be verified through official sources?

Does the company have directly operated offline branches?

Does the platform promise guaranteed or unusually high returns?

If these questions cannot be answered with reliable evidence, delaying or avoiding the investment may be the safest choice.

Protecting your savings begins with verifying the facts—not simply trusting impressive websites or marketing claims.
